Welcome to the Isle of Coll

Attractions on the Isle of Coll

The main attraction of the Isle of Coll is that there are no attractions, as one would find on the mainland.... no theme parks, no tourist centres, no holiday camps...

What attractions there are on Coll are all natural, the unspoiled beautiful beaches, the peace and quiet, the landscape and the flora & fauna.
Coll, being quite central amongst the hebridean islands, offers spectacular landscapes in almost all directions. The outer isles of Barra and S.Uist are often visible to the west, Rum, Eigg, Muck and Sky to the north, Mull, the Trishnish isles and the Paps of Jura to the east and Tiree to the south. They all make spectacular backdrops to one of Coll's main charms, the glistening white beaches.
But that's not all, there is also wonderful cuisine, making the most of local produce and sea food, and one of the warmest welcomes you could hope to find.

Why not come and experience there being 'no-attractions' for yourself !
