RULES AND REGULATIONS
  1. Entry fee 10p per exhibit, unless otherwise stated. Children’s classes no entry fee.
  2. No exhibitor may have more than 2 entries in any one class.
  3. All exhibits must be staged on the day of the show between 9.00am and 11.30am. They must be labelled with one of the special labels supplied when the entry fee is paid. Competitors unable to stage their own exhibits may send them to the committee member on duty for staging, but they will not be accepted unless properly labelled.
  4. No exhibit may be removed after it has been staged until after the prize giving has finished.
  5. In the case of one entry, the award will be at the Judge’s discretion. In all cases the Judge’s decision is final.
  6. In all sections the entries must have been produced, made or grown by the exhibitor. In all cases entries considered by the Judge not to meet these criteria will be disqualified.
  7. An entry which has won first prize in a previous year may not be entered again.
  8. Anyone wishing to raise an objection to the awarding of any prize on the grounds of the exhibit not being eligible for the class in which it was entered or for any other reason must do so to the Secretary on the day of the show.
