Coll Sailing Club

The Coll Sailing Club has the following dinghies for use:-

• 6 Topaz Taz suitable for 2 children or 1 adult with or without a child.
• 2 Topaz Magno suitable for 3 adults and various combinations of children.

Our season runs from April to October weather permitting, and we have 3 sessions per week , evening sessions are predomiately for adults but not exclusive. They are Saturday afternoon at 3.00pm,Tuesday afternoon at 3.00pm and Thursday evening as always weather and tides permitting, check notice board on side of boat trailer for any changes.

Rescue boat cover is provided with fully qualified drivers. Bouyancy aids and safety helmets are also provided. Sailors are recommended to wear full wet suits.

Times of sessions are on the notice board attached to one of the club's trailers at the old pier, sailing limits and cancellation due to weather is at the discretion of the rescue boat drivers.

All persons on Coll Sailing Club boats must be a member for insurance purposes, details of types of membership available are listed below.

Membership's open to all

• Full Adult £25 per season
• Family £40 per season
• Junior £15 per season
• Temporary £5 per day

Instuction is available as are taster sails for adults and children alike during most sessions. People are welcome to attend any session but it would be appreciated if a member of the committe is informed if wishing to sail on Thursday.
